Riftbound Crystal Rose cards are the six special alt-art cards hiding in every Vendetta booster pack, each one a champion unit redrawn using art from League of Legends: Wild Rift’s Crystal Rose skin line rather than original Riftbound artwork. If you pulled one and noticed it’s numbered SP1 through SP6 instead of the usual collector number, that’s not a misprint. They pull at the same rate as any other alt-art card, there’s no special box you need to buy, and all six are confirmed below with abilities and current market prices.

What Are Crystal Rose SP Cards?
Crystal Rose is Wild Rift’s returning skin line, and Vendetta is the first time Riftbound has borrowed art from outside the core game to make a card. Six champion units, each one originally introduced in an earlier set, got a full alternate-art reprint using the Crystal Rose splash art straight from Wild Rift, credited on the card to the Wild Rift Splash Team instead of Riftbound’s usual artists. Riot gave the set its own SP1 through SP6 numbering because the Overnumber treatment is reserved for art made specifically for Riftbound, and this art wasn’t. Because every one of the six is a reprint, each keeps the rotation schedule of the set it was originally printed in rather than Vendetta’s. That’s confirmed for Kai’Sa (rotates with Origins) and Ahri (rotates with Spiritforged), with the other four following the same pattern based on their own original printing, so pulling one doesn’t change what’s legal in your deck.
How Rare Are Crystal Rose Cards?
Riot has been direct about this one: Crystal Rose cards are not a rarer pull than Vendetta’s regular alt-art cards, and they shouldn’t be treated as an Overnumber-style chase tier. Every Vendetta booster pack has two slots that can produce a Rare, Epic, Alt, Special Alt, or Overnumber card, and Crystal Rose cards compete for those same slots at the same odds as any other alt-art pull. A full booster box averages around two or more alt-art cards total, which puts a specific Crystal Rose pull well down the odds even with a pool of only six cards to hit. Riot hasn’t published an exact per-pack percentage for Crystal Rose specifically, so treat any precise number you see elsewhere as someone’s estimate, not an official figure.

Prices below reflect the current TCGPlayer market listing for each card’s Vendetta foil printing. Alt-art cards this new move fast, sometimes ten percent or more in a week, so treat these as a snapshot rather than a guarantee of what you’ll pay.
| Card | Champion | Price | Why It’s Notable |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kai’Sa, Survivor (SP1/006) | Kai’Sa | $91.10 | Draws a card every time she conquers a battlefield. Her original Origins print was already scarce and expensive, so this reprint is easing pressure on a real deckbuilding staple, not just a collector item. |
| Sona, Harmonious (SP2/006) | Sona | $34.12 | Readies up to four runes at the end of your turn, strong resource acceleration. The cheapest entry point into the full set right now. |
| Ahri, Inquisitive (SP3/006) | Ahri | $105.52 | Weakens an enemy unit on attack or defend. The most expensive of the six, and the most volatile, combining genuine competitive demand with a still-small print run. |
| Sett, Brawler (SP4/006) | Sett | $14.50 | Buffs himself for extra Might on entry or conquer. TCGPlayer’s listed market price sits below what completed eBay sales have actually run in recent weeks, closer to $20 to $30, so check sold listings before assuming the sticker price is real. |
| Ezreal, Prodigy (SP5/006) | Ezreal | $28.09 | Loots on entry with a cost discount attached. Price has climbed steadily since launch as more decks build around the card draw. |
| Lux, Crownguard (SP6/006) | Lux | $50 approx. | Converts an exhausted rune into Energy for spells. Estimates vary more on this card than any other in the set, roughly $35 to $65 depending on the tracker, so it’s worth comparing a couple of sources before buying. |
Are Crystal Rose Cards Worth Buying?
Owning a full Crystal Rose set means owning six champions in art that has never touched a physical Riftbound card before, in a gold-framed treatment that stands out from a bulk box in a way a lettered alt-art variant doesn’t. That’s real, for the collecting side of this. The catch is the price: none of the six are available anywhere close to booster pack cost anymore, because you’re buying from someone who already opened the pack and got lucky.
Worth chasing if you already play one of these six champions and want the premium version in your own deck, or you’re building a Vendetta collection and these are the chase cards you actually care about. Not worth it if your only reason is competitive edge: the Crystal Rose treatment changes nothing about how the card plays. Ahri, Inquisitive and Ezreal, Prodigy do carry real deckbuilding value on top of the collector premium, since both effects see genuine play. The other four are paying for the art and nothing else, which is a perfectly good reason to buy a card, just not one to confuse with a competitive necessity.
If you already know which of the six you want, buy that specific card as a single rather than opening boxes hoping to pull it. At $14 to $105 depending on the card, buying the exact single on the secondary market is cheaper and far more certain than gambling on a booster box that averages two alt-art cards total.
